If you can’t use the scale, what can you use to measure your success? The following is a list of a couple of effective ways to measure your progress without the scale:
#1. Take your measurements.
One of the best ways to measure your progress is by actually measuring yourself! Measure the circumference of your waist, thighs, arms and chest at the beginning, the end and throughout your weight loss journey. This will give you clear and concise evidence of the progress you’ve made and how far you’ve come.
#2. Take pictures of yourself.
Take a picture yourself on the first and last day of your weight loss journey, and keep taking them on a regular basis throughout the journey as well. Photographic evidence will show you where you started and how much progress you’ve made. Nothing will boost your confidence like seeing your progress with your own two eyes!
